Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on AI Lead to architect and deliver production-grade AI systems, with a strong focus on Agentic AI, Cloud, and MLOps. This role requires deep technical ownership, the ability to challenge designs, and experience scaling AI solutions in real-world enterprise environments.
We are not looking for pure model builders—we are looking for engineers who can design, build, and ship AI-powered applications end-to-end.
ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)
- Hands-on Agentic AI
- Design and build LLM-based agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Strong experience with RAG, tool usage, memory, and reasoning workflows
- Cloud (Mandatory)
- Proven experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Deploying and scaling AI systems in production cloud environments
- MLOps / LLMOps
- End-to-end lifecycle: development → staging → production
- Model/prompt versioning, monitoring, drift detection, retraining
- CI/CD & Deployments
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systems
- Production deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices
- Modern Application Engineering
- Strong experience in microservices and event-driven architectures
- Building scalable, distributed, API-driven systems
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI & Agentic AI solutions
- Build and scale AI-powered applications (not just models)
- Design RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and LLM integrations
- Define and enforce MLOps / LLMOps best practices
- Own deployment, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and components
- Act as a Devil’s Advocate—challenge assumptions, identify risks, and improve designs
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience across application engineering and AI/ML systems
- Proven experience building AI-powered applications (not just models)
- Strong expertise in taking systems from development → staging → production
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
- Strong background in distributed systems and system design
- Experience with AI security, governance, and Responsible AI
- Exposure to vector databases and large-scale data systems
- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
